Refunds: one case, and it's your choice
A build bought through the form was scoped from your answers, not yet from your systems. Week one is the tracking spec, where we look at both. If the spec shows your systems need a different build than the one you bought, you choose: we scope the right one, or every dollar you've paid comes back. No questions.
Once access is granted and the build is under way
There's no refund for a change of mind from that point. It is a different thing from the case above: that one is about the build fitting your systems; this one is about stopping work that's under way and on track. What protects you from here is the guarantee below.
The accuracy guarantee
Every closed deal in the review window reconciles to a named source and rep, agreeing with your processor to the dollar, before we hand over. Until it does, we keep working at no extra cost. That's the guarantee: continued work until the numbers are right.
Payment terms this applies to
A build bought through the form on this site is paid in full, up front. On a call, we sometimes agree half now and half on delivery instead. Either way, this policy applies to whatever you've actually paid at the time: the rescope-or-refund choice above covers the full amount paid so far, and the same boundary on change-of-mind refunds applies once access is granted and the build is under way, regardless of which payment structure you're on.
