The one refund case
If you paid before we'd spoken and, once we look at your actual systems, the build we scoped turns out not to be deliverable, you get the full amount back. No questions.
Once access is granted and work has started
There's no refund for a change of mind once you've granted access and the build has started. This is different from the case above: that one covers us discovering the scoped build genuinely can't be delivered, not a decision to stop partway through work that's underway and on track.
The accuracy guarantee is continued work, not a refund
We don't hand over a build until every closed deal in the review window reconciles to a named source and rep, agreeing with your processor to the dollar. Until then we keep working at no extra cost. That's the guarantee: continued work until the numbers are right, never a refund in place of that work.
Payment terms this applies to
A build bought through the form on this site is paid in full, up front. On a call, we sometimes agree half now and half on delivery instead. Either way, this policy applies to whatever you've actually paid at the time: the one refund case above covers the full amount paid so far, and the same boundary on change-of-mind refunds applies once access is granted and work has started, regardless of which payment structure you're on.
