Privacy Policy
What this covers
This policy explains what information artiverse.ai collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to this marketing site and its free tools (the blind-spot diagnostic, the leak checklist). It does not apply to any client warehouse or dashboard work we do under a separate engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you submit directly: your email address, optionally a phone number, plus any self-reported answers you give in the blind-spot diagnostic (quiz answers) or the session application (application answers). We never ask for anything beyond what a given form displays.
- What you type but don't send:if you enter an email address in one of our forms and then move on without submitting it, we save what you entered. It happens when you leave the field, not as you type, and it goes to our own database — never to an advertiser or any other third party. We do it so an interrupted signup isn't lost. If you'd rather we didn't keep it, email us and it's deleted.
- Your phone number, if you give us one: always optional, never required to receive anything, and always asked afterwe've already sent what you came for. The wording beside that field says what you're agreeing to, and we store that exact wording with your entry so there is a record of what was actually shown to you. If you give us a number, someone from Artiverse may call or text you. Reply STOP, or email us, and that stops. A number we saved from an unsubmitted form is never called — only one you deliberately gave us along with that consent.
- What's stored locally in your browser: preference flags (whether you dismissed the banner, whether you've already subscribed to something) and your in-progress answers to the blind-spot diagnostic, so you can leave and come back without starting over. The diagnostic's answers are also sent to our own database once you finish the quiz (see below).
- A visitor ID:a random identifier we store in a first-party cookie (`av_vid`, one year) and mirror in your browser's storage. It is a random string — it contains nothing about you, and on its own tells us nothing beyond “the same browser came back”.
What we do with it. We record which pages you visit and in what order, and link that to the ID above, so we can see the path someone took before getting in touch — which link brought them in, what they read, which button they clicked. If you give us your email address, that path is linked to it, including the visits you made before you told us who you were.
We do this because knowing which of our own links and pages actually work is the entire point of the business, and we would rather run our own numbers than guess. This is first-party only: the ID and the page history stay in our database, are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and are not used to build a profile of you anywhere else. We keep it for 24 months. You can clear it any time by clearing cookies and site data for this site, which starts you over as a new visitor.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics for overall traffic numbers. That one is separate, cookieless, aggregate, and does not identify you. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party ad cookies anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to:
- Send you the specific thing you asked for: the 5-Day Leak Fix email course, the free tracking playbook, or a scored result from a free tool.
- Follow up about a free session if you applied for one.
- Call or text you about your results and how we might help — only if you gave us a number along with the consent shown beside that field, and only until you tell us to stop.
- Understand which pages, links and tools actually work — including, as described above, the path an individual visitor took before getting in touch. We use that to decide what to build and where to post, not to target you anywhere else.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each only sees the information it needs to do its job:
- Kit (ConvertKit): email delivery and sequences, once you submit an email through one of our forms.
- Neon (via Vercel): stores diagnostic quiz submissions (your answers, blind-spot count, and email if you gave one), email signups, any phone number and the consent wording shown when you gave it, and the visitor ID and page history described above, in a database we control.
- Calendly: scheduling, if you book a call. Calendly processes your name, email, and selected time under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel: our hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) are processed automatically as part of serving the site. Vercel Web Analytics also processes traffic data there: page views and referrers, recorded in aggregate without cookies.
How long we keep it
Email addresses and sequence data are kept in Kit until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link) or you ask us to delete it. Diagnostic quiz submissions are kept as a record of who's used the tool; session application answers are kept only as long as needed to follow up on the request they were submitted for. The visitor ID and the page history attached to it are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email admin@artiverse.ai and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes the rights given to you under GDPR or CCPA respectively. We honor the same request either way rather than maintaining separate processes per region.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
